impressive

Maybe it's because I am in the middle of reading this book, but when I received this handwritten thank you note for my recent Kate Spade purchased I was stunned. In an age when manners, thank you notes, and kind gestures seem to be going out the window, this note was a real treat. And it was for a pen purchase, not a four hundred dollar bag. Impressed.
