DIY: weekend project

This weekend I came across 2 rolls of vintage contact paper I scored awhile back at the $1.00 a pound Goodwill. I decided this was the perfect update for the dreary bedside tables I have been wanting to throw out. This project was super easy thanks to the awesome contact paper! I loved that if my edges weren't perfect I could peel it up and start over. I finished the tables with a new drawer pull from Restoration Hardware which helped give them new life. I now want to contact paper any surface in our house that needs a little sparkle.

I L-O-V-E this table make-over! So clever.

Thanks Tresa! It was kind of an addictive project! I had to stop myself from papering everything!

Very cool! I need to get some vintage cane paper like that. Thanks for the inspiration!
