back from the big easy

Hi everybody! I am so happy to be back after a much needed break! I hope you have had a great couple of weeks! I had so much fun surprising Matty with a trip to New Orleans! Here are a few highlights from our trip!

We took the train! It was so romantic, relaxing, and a meal in the dining car made you feel like you could be in Europe.

We stayed right in the heart of the French Quarter at the Bourbon Orleans hotel and it was fantastic! The best part was the gorgeous pool! We highly recommend it.

We did some damage on Magazine Street with macaroons at Sucre, shopping at Truck Stop, and other fabulous vintage stores!

He loved Cafe Du Monde so much we began and ended our day there. This was after our favorite meal at Jacques-Imo's!

Our trip wouldn't have been complete without a stroll in Audubon Park. Thanks to the city of New Orleans for the most romantic and relaxing vacation we have had in a long time! If you haven't been...go! You won't be disappointed.
