i eat gluten free: caprese on a stick

I got this idea off of a photo on Pinterest! I will say that photo was much prettier than mine, but I'm sure mine tastes just as good. 

Caprese On A Stick

1 tub of rolled mozzarella
1 pint of baby tomatoes
olive oil 
balsamic vinegar

Load toothpicks full of mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil, alternating when necessary

Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar

Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve
