So last night on a whim at the grocery, I decided to get a whole chicken and roast it! I have been intimidated by this for years, so why I decided to "whim" this one is beyond me. I was really proud of myself and how perfectly it came out, but look close and you can see I roasted the whole thing upside down. I found this out the hard way while trying to carve it. At least it tasted good.

If it makes you feel better, some people purposefully roast chickens upside down to keep the breast meat moist!
